Can only answer a couple of your questions,
1. Nuchal muscles are innervated by dorsal rami, trapezius and sternocleidomastoid are supplied by cranial accessory nerve and strap muscles by ventral rami of cervical nerves.
2. Don't get ur question fully - do u mean the nerve supply to the muscles that stabilise/move the joints or the innervation of the actual joints themselves? If it's the latter can't help u there.
3. Not sure if this is right but I think it's the axillary nerve: can get damaged in dislocation of the shoulder and also the upper lateral cutaneous nerve branches off it, which supplies upper lateral part of arm.
Ur last 3 questions sound like stuff to do with histology which = can't help u, but hope the other stuff helped.
